The 19th FSTPT International Symposium will be held on October 11 to 13, 2016 in Yogyakarta, hosted by Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, Islamic University of Indonesia. Some important dates leading to the symposium events are as follows.
Full paper submission
Originally, you were welcomed to submit your full paper from May 16 to July 31, 2016. The deadline for paper submission has now been extended to September 3, 2016. Submission can be done only from FSTPT Event Management Website by using your personal account. Please refer to page Submit Paper & Register for guidance if you are interested to submit paper(s).
Basically, once you have made a successful submission, we waste no time to initiate the review process by delivering your paper to a reviewer. The process, however, may take some time depending on reviewer’s work load. We expect to end the review process no later than September 17, 2016.
Notification of review results
Once the appointed reviewer posts the results of his/her review on your paper in FSTPT Event Management website, you would be able to see the decision instantly using your personal account. We expect that you do not have to wait until the end of notification period to receive the results so that you could proceed with revising the paper (if accepted) as soon as possible. Notification of review results is expected to finish no later than September 17, 2016.
Submission of camera-ready (final) paper
You may submit the final version of your paper at any time but no later than September 22, 2016. As in the case of the first submission, we only accept submission of final paper through FSTPT Event Management Website.
Registration of participants and payment
We will open the registration and payment period for all Symposium-related events (i.e. workshops, the symposium, and social programs) from August 4 to September 30, 2016. All participants (including presenters) are required to register and upload the proof of payment through FSTPT Event Management Website by using their respective personal accounts.
All independent workshops will be conducted on Tuesday, October 11, 2016. Information regarding the time and place for each workshop will be provided in due course.
The symposium will take place on Wednesday, October 12, 2016. Information regarding the time, place, and schedule for presentations will be provided in due course.
We arrange social programs in the form of field and cultural trips. All programs will be organized on Thursday, October 13, 2016. For more information regarding the program, please refer to Field & Cultural Trips page.
