The 19th Symposium of the Indonesian Inter-university Transportation Studies Forum (FSTPT) will take place at Islamic University of Indonesia’s Main Campus. UII Main Campus is the closest university campus to Merapi Volcano in Yogyakarta. It is located on Jalan Kaliurang KM 14.5, Besi, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The campus is accessible from the city conveniently by taxi.
Opening ceremony of the symposium will be conducted in joint session with that of the 4th International Conference on Sustainable Built Environment (ICSBE). This session will be organized at Prof. Dr. K.H. Abdul Kahar Muzakkir Auditorium on October 12, 2016. Following the opening ceremony, parallel sessions and closing ceremony will be conducted at Dr. Mohammad Natsir Building, which hosts UII’s Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning. The building is reachable only about 3 minutes on foot from the auditorium.
One day prior to the symposium (i.e. October 11), some independent workshops will be organized in parallel. Some workshops will occupy rooms at Dr. Mohammad Natsir Building, while other(s) will be conducted in an auditorium belonging to Dr. Mohammad Hatta Building. The later building is famous for preserving an ancient Hindu Temple while hosting the university’s main library. Decision on the placement of each independent workshop will be announced in due course.

Traditionally, the meeting is held prior to the day of the symposium and for this year, the meeting is planned to take place on October 11, 2016, at UII City Campus located on Jalan Cik Ditiro No. 1, Yogyakarta City.
Further detailed information related to the venues will be provided in due course.
